My first deck of hand-drawn art playing cards designed as a special series focussed on true shuffle and play. Printed by Kingstar on premium stock, the intricate cards balance a unique whimsical world without compromise to readability.
The Signature Edition enhanced the deck with a gorgeous highlights in the specially-sourced foiling as our animal fur encompasses the pip cards.
First funded on Kickstarter, this project was a ‘Project We Love’ and part of the year leading to the ‘Diamond Awards Artist of the Year 2025’. Through the project, we supported Fuku, a Japanese stray needing eye-surgery to stop blindness, and helped Fuku find an adoption family. The 100% paper cards are made from sustainable forest sources and special soy ink was used. Packaging makes use of recycled and recyclable materials as well as bubble wrapping made locally from sugar cane.
What’s more, a portion of all profit was donated to ARK, a charity that helps rescue, care for, foster and rehouse abandoned and displaced animals across Japan.
